| | | | Job Description | Futura Systems is a rapidly growing GIS mapping software and services company in Atlanta, GA, that provides web services-based mapping, staking, and work order management for utilities. Futura is seeking experienced, motivated outside Sales Professionals for sales territories located in the western U.S.
Job Duties:
• Identify, assess, and define sales opportunities in the gas, water, and electric utility industries
• Prospect by cold calling and by making site visits to qualified prospects
• Present technical demonstrations of software products and services
• Analyze prospect’s position in the sales cycle and overcome barriers to sale
• Close business
• Attend professional meetings and conferences for lead generation
| | | | | Job Requirements | | Qualified candidates have at least 3 years experience in lead development, sales presentations, sales cycle knowledge, sales techniques and proven track record in closing business. Ability to conduct technical demonstrations of software; excellent communication, presentation and people skills; ability to follow up on and close business. Sales experience in electric utility industry and/or ESRI based GIS mapping software and services desired. Significant travel required. Relocation to Atlanta not required | | |
