| | | | Job Description | SpecTIR Analytical Solutions (SAS) is seeking highly motivated individuals with varying degrees of GIS and/or imagery skills and a current TS/SCI clearance to work on unique and rapidly evolving multi-source projects supporting DoD and Intelligence Community activities. Candidates should exhibit strong skills that would correspond to positions as described within this advertisement.
The stated positions are contingent upon award of contract. Please review mandatory requirements.
SAS is the advanced analytical, modeling and developmental division of SpecTIR, LLC for government contracts. SpecTIR, LLC is a leading hyperspectral imaging and analysis services company with offices in Reno, NV, Easton, MD and Fairfax, VA. The positions below will require employees to live in the Charlottesville, VA area with deployments of up to 6 months in support of the USCENTCOM AOR.
Radar Exploitation Analyst-
Hyperspectral Exploitation Analyst-
Electro-Optical Exploitation Analyst-
All-Source Exploitation Analyst-
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst-
Imagery Analyst-
GIS Exploitation Analyst-
BS in GIS, Cartography, Geography, Remote Sensing, Geology or substantive training and experience in these disciplines.
3+ years experience in one or more: GIS MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, AGI including GIS, hyperspectral, multispectral, infrared imagery, radar, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, electromagnetic, gravity, background spectral signatures libraries, creating 3D models. ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, RemoteView, IEC, Satellite Toolkit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis, SOCET, Iminer, S-plus, Stella, other physics based modeling tools, Flight Control, JDISS CMWS, GALE, GALE-LITE, other related tools
Composite Signatures Processing Engine (CSPE) Program Manager-
Certified DAWIA Level III or equivalent in PM functional area.
4+ years experience in PM in support of DoD and preferably the IC.
Manage Project operations. Performs a myriad of related functions such as ensuring production schedules are met, system resources are used effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems and supervises staff operations.
CSPE Developer-
BS in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in IC, demonstrated experience in RDT&E involving signatures
Remote Sensing Scientist/Programmer-
BS in Geophysics, Physics or Engineering.
3+ years experience in geophysical TECHINT processing exploiting, analyzing from one or more of the following: seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low RF and ELRF sources
Unattended Ground Sensor (UGS) Coordinator-
BS in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in IC, demonstrated experience in RDT&E involving signatures
Systems Administrator-
BS in Computer Science, Math or 4 years of equivalent experience
3+ years experience in the installation and configuration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
Video/Video Data Exploitation-
BS in Geophysics, Physics or Engineering
3+ years experience in geophysical TECHINT processing exploiting, analyzing from one or more of the following: seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low RF and extremely low RF sources
Senior Staff Consultant-
Certified DAWIA Level III or equivalent in SPRDE functional area. BS
3+ years experience of DoD T&E, SPRDE, program management, contracting experience
Mandatory Requirements for all positions:
Must have current TS/SCI
Must be willing to locate to Charlottesville, VA
