| Job Description | ·Coordinate Central Data Creation activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner to ensure compliance with agreed milestones of the various database projects
· Solve database defects in line with the overall company defect tracking objectives
·Perform Randomn Quality Checks on output of the Central Data Collection Team, database (audits), incoming source material and deliverables from 3rd party data suppliers and create related documentation
· Support Poduct Validation and Benchmark activities in coordination with the QUALITY department
· Coach and coordinate further development and training of the Central Data Creation Team to ensure continuous improvement
· Monthly qualitative reporting for Central Data Sourcing activities (Hour registration and consolidated project status report)

| Job Requirements | . 5+ years of experience in relevant field
·Solid domain expertise and in depth understanding of GIS industry
· Should have managed large sized teams and driven aggressive targets through them
· Should have a full time graduate degree
· Should be open to occasional travel to survey locations
· Should be target oriented and possess good written and oral communications skills
· Should be able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment efficiently
