Requests for Field Inspection, RFIs – receive, inspect the installation as per Project specification, local and international standards, provide response, advice proposed changes and approve or reject RFIs
Requests for Concession, RFCs – receive, analyse, provide response, solicit input as required and expedite the response for expedient resolution of the RFC.
Site Engineering Queries, SEQs - receive, analyse, provide response, solicit input as required and expedite the response for expedient resolution of the SEQ.
Non Conformance Reports, NCRs - receive, analyse, review and accept or reject disposition, verify compliance with disposition, solicit input as required and validate or deny NCR for closure.
Work Method Statements, WMS - receive, analyse, review, advise proposed changes and
approve or reject WMS.
