5+ years GIS programming experience utilizing ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server (7 years would be ideal).
5+ years of experience with Arc Objects or Arc Engine.
3+ years of experience developing robust Java applications(VB.NET, Jscript, ASP,ASP.NET,C#,ADO.NET,XML,NUIT)
B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
