Should have worked on couple of operating systems (windows, Unix)
Should have trouble shooting skills and should be quick to identify the problem
Should be a self starter
Exposure to Web servers (Apache, IIS)
Understanding of ArcGIS Server architecture
Hands on experience of GIS Project execution / training / technical support
Hands-on experience on .NET project execution.
Hands on experience on J2EE compliant Application Server
Exposure to ArcGIS Server trouble shooting, Load balancing and server configuration issues.
Understanding of Web Services.
Exposure to Windows security framework.Desirable
Previous software installation experience and customer support experience
Skills on other ESRI products like ArcGIS Desktop ,ArcSDE and ArcIMS
Understanding of ArcObjects.
