Good Analytical Skills and Excellent Communication to support US customers-Should have worked on couple of operating systems (windows, Unix)-
Should have trouble shooting skills and should be quick to identify the problem-
Should be a self starter -
Exposure to Web servers (Apache, IIS) -Understanding of ArcGIS Server architecture-
Hands on experience of GIS Project execution / training / technical support-Hands-on experience on .NET project execution.-Hands on experience on J2EE compliant
Application Server-
Exposure to ArcGIS Server trouble shooting, Load balancing and server configuration issues.-
Understanding of Web Services.-Exposure to Windows security framework.
Desirable:-
Previous software installation experience and customer support experience- Skills on other ESRI products like ArcGIS Desktop ,ArcSDE and ArcIMS-Understanding of ArcObjects. | |
