Expert knowledge of DoD remote sensing needs.
Provide senior-level expertise to lead and develop major research and applications programs involving optical, IR, and/or microwave remote sensing of the ocean surface. Serve as Principal Investigator for basic and applied research in microwave remote sensing of the ocean surface. Provide mentoring to junior project members. Develop new business initiatives with DoD and civilian agencies involving research and applications of remote sensing. Developing new business initiatives in remote sensing.
