Job Purpose:
To develop market position by identifying opportunities, defining, negotiating and closing
business relationships with Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Telecom etc), County departments and other IT companies in similar space.
| | | | | Job Requirements | Responsibilities:
* To identify potential Business Opportunities in Electric, Water, Oil & Gas utilities, Federal
Departments and promote GIS services for the organization.
* Would be responsible for establishing contacts with prospective clients, recommending right
solutions and approach, preparing and submitting proposals in consultation with head office.
* To Follow up and negotiate contracts with clients
* To Coordinate deliveries and manage after sales relationships.
Skills/ Qualification:
* Good understanding of GIS applications in Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Telecom,
Sewerage), County Tax parcel mapping, Flood mapping etc.
* Professional Qualification to support the role preferably Engineering or Computer Science
Graduate with minimum 5 years of working experience in GIS areas with strong exposure to Utilities market.
* Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Good financial acumen.
* Self-motivated, honest and practical in approach. | |
