• 3 years of experience using ESRI ArcGIS products including ArcObjects
• Strong cartographic skills
• Experience designing, implementing, or working with ArcSDE
• GIS Server or ArcIMS implementations
• Database design and programming skills
• .Net or Java programming experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people
