Street accidents of UAE : Streets of Dubai , Abu-dhabi , Sharjah
In a Road Network , between two Region Abudhabi and Dubai , There Road Network Consist of Major Road and Minor Roads .The Major road is connecting to Many Minor Roads and Density of Minor roads are More as Per a Location . In this accidents it was found to that Many Become Victims and cannot be saved is very sorry and cars went on fire and it will be a Location very close to Abudhabi Location in Map in UAE .
The Traffic Conjunction or Problem as per My suggestion is due to over speed and not keeping distance between two Vehicles and Vehicle Passing a Major signal Junction at high speed , Sudden Breaking , and gearing or taking up or processing from a stop from the Junction by the driver of the Vehicle at a High speed from the point in a Junction for U turn and Right or left turn or round-about with there Toyota , Roll Royce or M- benze and Track Crossing .
2 suggestion I had is work schedule in UAE . In Every day there is a Beak hour from 1 pm to 3 Pm UAE time applicable to every shops and compulsory going to Mosque Prayers and no work due to High temperature . So in the Break 1 PM to 3 PM is compensated by adjusting the time to Morning that a Office starts before 8 Am Morning or 9 PM a compulsory starting time of Office and Break at 12 or 1 Pm Afternoon and after 3 Pm to Late Hours in Night . So the work schedule is Morning 8 to 1 Pm and 3 Pm to after or to 11 Pm Night and in 3 shift hours in Shops from Morning 8 AM to 1 AM Early Morning and this three shift there should be transporting for 10 times for staff and goods and when there thousands of super Market it will make lot of Company vehicles in road for shops , Offices, etc .
Dubai Road transports had less buses also
In the Morning Hours of fog or Dust storm , the Car are running from and to Dubai to reach the Office in Time and from 1 pm also from Dubai in and Out and returning at 3 Pm. this start and Break Hours will cause a Officer or working lay men to travel the car at and Back at 1 Pm and again and back at 6 Pm. This is applicable to every one making lot of vehicle and car to be open Road in Early morning , Afternoon and Night .
3 suggestion is the Shopping Mall , super market is Working up to 1 Am morning and 24 hours and it is not one shop a network of shops making the flow of vehicle between the cities to continuously flow through out , and the open a Shop Whole Night in a small country like UAE is not reasonable .
the Vehicle in the Road in Morning hours can be reduce if the break of Noon 1 to 3 Pm is reduced even in High temperature , so that in the Morning Hours during fog and sand storm people can avoid such drive in every interval to and fro from the offices .
This To and from Journey in Morning to Nigh had resulted lot of traffic conjunction and accidents with only one or two person in one cars or Van making it to double every years
along with this there should be increase in the Number of official in Duty in the Abudhabi - Dubai and Dubai - sharjah
Increase of Dubai Police, More Dubai Transport Buses , After Noon reducing , so that daily work can start office reach there home in Time and not too early and not too Night .
4 suggestion is Introducing Fluorescent lamps in cars that had a Longer wave length than Ordinary Lights used in Car . yellow Lamps or Red lamps in Cars is compulsory so that the Light can travel Longer distance and due to longer wave length . So At Junction this Darkness in Fog can be overcome using Longer wave length Light that can travel longer distance in Fog and sand storm in street lights .
Light are used in Airport to make the Planes to Land at correct Runway even in Worst fog and sand storm
Similar Lights should be constructed in road at Junction and In vehicle
Out side Dubai in Rural Area industrial Area like Jebel Ali Free zone and Alquos the weather is always hot with or cold with Sand storm and Fog .
Desert storms like dune
In deserts there exist dunes in the shape sand hills , Longitudinal dunes in Rigid and crystal Block sand dunes with horns up and moving in the direction of winds named as Sand dunes , Barkans, Seif dune as the Sand storm is moving from one place to other making storms in UAE desert lands . The buffer Box in the Screen had to given the Origin and Destination of the Journey to display the Electronic Map in the Screen or the Monitor . Long Distance as well as the short distance journey route can be displayed in the Monitor from the Server to Client by WAP Technology .

In India BEL (Bharath Electronic developed a Portable Radar Communication device for Voice and Text data . This type of Radar can be erected in Different places to Transfer signal form one station to other and to Moving Vehicles . With this High speed communication Telecoms radars , this Communication can be used for Radio FM Relay Signal Pulses to a large area and places and GIS Communication . FM signal of shorter wave length can be transmitted to long distance by the Radar network placed in Every Province . Down load the BEL Site . If such Radars are widely used in India , GIS Communication can be possible from a Moving Vehicles . Other wise The communication can be shared with Mobile Company Tours also . WAP Internet satellite is also Used to connect GIS / GPS data through lap-top and machines .
The India Route Maps is not in use as it is Right Hand drive Journey not left hand drive .
