Worked on the Car Navigation Project for the France and Italy Which are based upon the mobile mapping technique through which we can verify the actual data with the ground level reality. It is based upon GPS (Global Positioning System) in which instead of going to the field for survey we are bringing the field into the office. In this technique the entire area of the country is surveyed through the Van mounted with six cameras so that we can see the entire surroundings. The GPS track also helps us to jump at any locations. Two monitors are used for the entire process, one monitor for vector data and other for the video. Looking on the video we capture the FRC of the Road, maneovers, Speed, Lanes, Ramp, POI etc. We also shift/made the Geometry according to the GPS and give the attribution on the road as per the inclusion given by the client.
2) NAMING AND ATTRIBUTION
Under this project the latest update reports related to the POI i.e. Point Of Interest, Street Names, New Geometry, BUA i.e. Built Up Areas, Adm. Areas, Route No. Etc. on the chart together with the country atlas are send by the client. We go through the charts, divide it into the different areas, analyze the situation and solve the reports
3) US HYDRO PROJECT
Under this project we capture the water features (Lakes, Rivers, canels, Ponds etc.), also Islands, Forests, Administrative areas according to the inclusion given by the client. We used the work areas grids, Topo grids, Ortho Grid and NSD data for this project.
