I used Geospatial techniques, from interpreting aerial photographs and comparing undefined images to computer-based listings to importing for use in an Arc Map generated map. I established and assigned new parcel numbers and added them to geodatabase/attribute table into the GIS parcel map of Eau Claire County. I used Trimble backpack GPS unit to verify locations that were in conflict with the Real Property Lister and overhead aerial maps within the Town of Washington and Eau Claire County.I developed a final digital property listing through the use of ArcGIS. I reviewed and revised of the Town of Washington addressing system for the City of Eau Claire and Eau Claire County Emergency Communications Center.
