-Conducted field modeling reports using ArcPad and various GPS-based features with the Trimble NOMAD system.
-Created historical and present-day mapping patterns for water flow using ESRI ArcGIS 9.3.1 integration systems, including ArcCatalog, ArcMap, ArcPad, and ArcView.
-Used GIS applications to monitor water flow, stream discharge rates, and predict catchment efficiency during Guatemala's rainy season.
-Projects included: Alternative water development practices; Horticultural and Vegetation studies which include forestry and rural energy consumption modeling; water quality standards and testing techniques; and watershed/catchment management processes.
-All course material was compared to and identified with U.S. air and water quality legislation.

I am a recent college graduate with 2+ years experience creating and implementing GeoSpatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems software/components. My goals are to obtain a GIS position establishing myself within the professional sector as a reliable and knowledge driven team player. I currently reside in San Diego, but my goals are to begin my career in the Northern California region.
SKILLS:
-2+ years experience with ESRI ArcGIS suite (9.3.1), ArcSDE, ArcView, ERDAS Imagine and Leica, Google Earth functionality, MapMaker Pro, and basic knowledge in AutoCAD processes.
-Over 10+ years of broad-based computer knowledge/skills related to productivity software, generating professional documents, and Geographic Information Systems tasks.
-Knowledge of cartographic principles, shapefile (.shp) creation, editing and distribution techniques, and proven knowledge of protocols dealing specifically with environmental and international quality control.
