My name is Marina Dimitrova. I hold a Certificate in GIS from Kennesaw State University, Georgia. I have completed successfully GIS internship with Photo Science Inc. Tucker, Georgia. I also have completed GIS/Remote Sensing undergraduate research and have a previous M. S. in Ecology.
I am proficient in ESRI Arc GIS (Arc View, Arc Editor, Arc Info) and ERDAS Imaging. I have knowledge of satellite remote sensing systems and data, design and implementation of geodatabase, topography, projections and coordinate systems and some experience with Arc SDE (migration of data) and GIS Image Server during my internship.
I am permanent resident of the United States (green card), living in Metro Atlanta 8 years, currently applying for a citizenship.
I am at the beginning of my GIS/Remote Sensing career but I am a fast learner, ambitious and challenge seeker. I believe that I will be a great asset for any company.
