maps and data once every Monday to Delhi.

the respective Electric Supply Unit is ready for
providing connection to a consumer,
digitization and inclusion of the particular
consumer data will be done by you. However,
for performance review, weekly summary of
supply station shall be continued. Data
supplied during a week must be digitized and
included in power GIS map by the end of next
week. Failing which the job for the week shall
be considered incomplete.
• One GIS & GPS operator at level of
Electric Supply Unit should be under
administrative control of Station Manager.
GPS survey digitization and data entry of all
consumers, poles, LT & HT lines, transformer,
substation etc. which are not included in the
existing power GIS map in this jurisdiction of
supply area and linking up these update data
with customized software ‘ Bidhyut’ and billing
information will be done by GIS & GPS
operator.
• If there be any backlog in data entry /
digitization for a particular Supply Unit by, the
operator will have to complete the backlog as
soon as possible from the receipt of formal
order from respective supply unit as duly
communicated.
• Train supply officers / Employees of
supply station for operating the GPS &
customized software for day to day usage.
• Assist Supervisor in organization
obtaining of attendance & satisfactory work
certificate from particular Supply Unit,
preliminary / final survey report & monthly
performance report.
• The candidate has to submit a weekly
work report and work plan for next week on
every Saturday via e-mail. |
