Project Description:
The first wave in the digital world of GIS was generated by GOOGLE .It¡¦s users will be the common man but the government itself along with research and academic communities. Google Map is an online mapping tool. Nowadays these online applications serve a much bigger and important purposes. It is a website featuring an interactive map which allows its users to request for routes from any point to any point and also allows the users to report problems regarding their driving directions. Google Map has switched from Tele Atlas Map data to Google¡¦s own database for USA .The map data has been improved and is now available with additional features. In addition to searching Online Maps, Google Map user will now be able to find businesses and check driving directions .Information on streets addresses and local business and service is also accessible via mobile phones.
