Served as a GIS Specialist at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms Marine Base, California performing work as a civilian contractor. Primary responsibilities included support for Marines and civilians directly with geospatial solutions that encompassed a wide range of software. By utilizing GIS, GPS, and CAD technologies, I provided solutions that supported primarily base infrastructure, training, and information services. Various needs included data storage, maintenance, migration, dissemination, and backup systems; included such tasks as technical instruction and support, education, formulation of action plans, IT and GIS system support, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, technical liaison, contractor coordination in support of GIS services, integration of data policies and requirements and workflow development. All tasks directly supported the GEOFidelis Program issued by HQMC. In coordination with other contractors, I performed technical management for a pilot project implementing ArcSchematics and custom data models for Electrical and Telecom utilities. Regular duties included networking, server maintenance, and hardware/software configuration for many products. All data utilized SDSFIE and various CAD standards.

Mr. Chadbourne has fourteen years of professional experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, specifically in Geographical Information System (GIS) consulting. This experience has included providing geographical solutions utilizing GIS and cartography with the use of various software applications to create maps, maintain databases, and provide geospatial solutions.

Teaching Experience

Developed and instructed courses for GEOFidelis for up to 20 students as well as individual instruction. Provided training for the City of Arlington GIS department. Trained employees aboard Twentynine Palms, MCAS Yuma and Camp Pendleton in support of the GEOFidelis Program. Provided GIS presentations for Twentynine Palms, MCAS Yuma and Camp which included technical training.
